Green Thumb Guys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
