4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are as listed on the website at the time of purchase. Prices may change without notice.

  • You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when the product leaves our warehouse (or at another defined point, if different).

  • If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return/exchange within [14] days from receipt (adjust to your policy).

  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, with all packaging and tags.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7] business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

  • Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error).

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
